Business customers: contractors and other businesses that subscribe to the Services, and their staff.
Our customers' callers and leads: people who call or submit a website form to a business that uses Olevrix, and who then exchange text messages with that business through the Services. For this information, we generally act on behalf of the business you contacted. That business's own privacy policy also applies.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact form details: name, company, email, phone number, industry and your message.
Business customer onboarding details: business name, contact details, service area, business hours, phone and forwarding settings, and who should receive leads.
Billing details for business customers, processed by our payment provider. [Confirm payment provider and what, if anything, Olevrix stores.]

Information processed through the Services

Caller phone numbers and the date and time of missed calls.
Text message content exchanged with callers and website leads, including the issue described, the service address and the urgency of the request.
Website form submissions sent to a business customer's form.
Delivery and activity records, such as message status and response times, used for digests and reports.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which our hosting provider may log for security and reliability.

3. How we use information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. With the business you contacted: lead details and conversations are delivered to the business customer whose number or form you used.
